Shipping
- We do our best to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
- Please note that all hats are all hand made to order. Processing time prior to shipment is 1-5 business days. Priority Mail packages usually mail next business day.
- Lost packages. Please check your tracking information and your local post office prior to contacting us.
- Tracking info says package was delivered but you cannot find it: Please check with your local post office without delay.
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect address deliveries.
- You may waive signature for delivery by sending me a message to: marjorie@crazyscrubhats.com. If you choose to waive the signature, and you are unable to locate the package after delivery, it will be your responsibility and I will not replace your hats.
In Stock means that I have enough fabric to make the stated amount, not that the hat is actually made.
