Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All hats are handmade by me. It takes up to 5 business days to make the order. I mail it USPS First Class which takes about 2-5 days. This is the latest day it will ship, but I usually get them out sooner.
Q: Do you make custom or personalized hats?
A: Yes, I can personalize or custom size hats. Please email me prior to ordering so I can create a listing for your hat. There is no up-charge for custom sizes, however I do charge $10 per line of embroidery.
Q: How are hats sized?
A: Sizes are average or one size fits most. Please email me for special sizes availability before ordering. Hat dimensions are in the description section of each listing.
Q: What are the care instructions?
A: Machine or hand wash cold, mild detergent, tumble dry low. Drip dry best. No bleach. Warm iron.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, Please email us for information. Shipping fees I paid will be deducted from your refund.
Q: Can I send you fabric to make custom hats?
A: Yes. Please make sure the fabric is at least 42 inches wide, NOT a stretchy knit, and send 3/4 yard for each women’s hat and 1/2 yard for each men’s hat to:

Once received, I will email you with a link for purchase. Hats vary in price from to construct depending on the style chosen. Plus shipping for all.
Please let me know if you would like me to return the balance of the fabric so that I can add return shipping charges to your order. Otherwise, the fabric becomes mine to use as I wish.
Q: What if I don’t see my team?
A: I keep over 300 prints in stock. If you do not see your team I probably do not carry it. This is probably because I do not get a lot of requests for it. You may purchase your own fabric and send it directly to me. Etsy.com shops have quite a variety of fabrics. Please see previous question for directions.
Q: Do you offer shipping upgrades?
A: Yes. Please note that I still need 1 business day to make the order, then it is shipped.
Q: What is the difference between a Cuffed and Un-cuffed hat?
A: The cuffed hat is longer all around so that it can be turned up forming a cuff. It also acts as a 4 layer cotton sweatband. They both have the same fabric inside so that the good side shows when turned up.
